1. Service Cancellation and Refunds

Selleriabrandia provides personal shopping and styling services. The following policy applies to service cancellations and refunds:

Service Cancellation

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service date: Full refund or rescheduling option available
  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the scheduled service date: 50% refund or rescheduling option available
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service date: No refund, rescheduling subject to availability and may incur a fee
  • No-shows: No refund will be provided

2. Purchased Items

Items purchased during personal shopping sessions are subject to the return policies of the individual retailers where purchases were made. Selleriabrandia does not process returns or refunds for items purchased at retail stores.

We recommend that clients:

  • Review return policies at each retailer before making purchases
  • Keep all receipts and tags in original condition
  • Return items directly to the retailer within their specified return period

2.1. Items Purchased Through Our Service

If items are purchased directly through Selleriabrandia (where applicable):

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the client unless the item is defective or incorrect

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once provided:

  • Completed consultations
  • Completed shopping sessions
  • Styling services that have been delivered
  • Digital style guides or reports

4. Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with written authorization. Gift certificates expire 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

5. Disputes and Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will work with you to address your concerns and find a satisfactory resolution.

6. Canadian Consumer Protection

This policy complies with applicable Canadian consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act of Ontario. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

7. Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution, typically 5-10 business days.
